Review and revoke dapp permissions under Settings → Security and Privacy → Spending Approvals, and never type your recovery phrase into a site or 'support' chat.
Use a separate Solflare wallet with a small balance for bots and memecoin trading, and keep savings on a Ledger connected to Solflare.
