The npm package is being prepared and isn't published yet; until then use the hosted URL.

Any client that supports remote MCP servers over streamable HTTP: use https://tradingagentstack.com/api/mcp.

Tools

• search_tools(query, category?, can_trade_live?, has_paper?): search by name, market or feature.
• get_tool(slug): every fact plus sources and safety inputs.
• list_category(category): all tools in a category.
• compare_tools(slug_a, slug_b): side by side.
• broker_order_gating(): who places the order for every broker MCP server.

Data: the open dataset (tools.json), CC BY 4.0. The server only reads that file; it has no write access to anything.
