**Worst case:** LetsExchange no longer runs swaps, so coins sent to an old deposit address or to a site claiming to be LetsExchange can be lost, and unresolved swaps must be raised by 2026-11-30.

## Safe setup in 3 steps

1. Don't start swaps on any site, bot or account claiming to be LetsExchange; the company says such services are fraudulent

2. If you have an incomplete swap, email support@letsexchange.io with the exchange ID and transaction hashes before 2026-11-30

3. Remove saved LetsExchange deposit addresses and links from your wallets and bookmarks
